mbaNEWS: Under the existing economic conditions, the startups have had a significant growth and each day one of them starts operation in a new field. Baguetteis a test platform based on collaborative participation and cooperation which has recently started operation. The MBA News, in order to get more information about this startup, has conducted an interview with Hamid Reza Qazi Moqaddam, the founder of the Baguette:?How the idea of the startup took shape, and what needs prompted you to take such a measureThe fact is that due to the scope of our activities and in order to be informed of the news and events related to the startup activities and direct cooperation with some of the startups, we were always after an analysis of the events and the business environment and, in the meantime, we would reach different ideas both for the setting up of a new private business. However, due to being involved in the operational environment of many of such cases and the realistic and to some extent the pessimistic future that we speculated for our different ideas, we were reluctant to address them until among different ideas that had taken shape in our minds, the idea of providing services for application of a test based on collective cooperation came to our minds. This idea was different from the rest of the ideas, because both the daily concern of most of the businesses was based on application and website and it was not seriously addressed, and a main pivot of the idea, that is to say taking advantage of those highly interested in this area was within reach. In addition, due to the activity of the (app-based businesses), we were familiar with the value of such services both as a user and also a service provider and had repeatedly suffered from lack of such a service.?Who is Baguette and what goals it followsBaguette is a test platform based on collective cooperation and participation, that isdue to designing of its business model, on the one hand, it provides the opportunity for the businesses owners based on application, website and web service to be convinced of any bugs and errors which may disturb the business trend and experience of the user from their service prior to offering and activating their services. On the other hand, by relying on the high capacity of the users interested in working and safe and constructive earning, it provides the opportunity for a large number of people in a wide range of specialized knowledge and test ability to gain access to awards and side revenues while participating in an attractive competition. In fact, our efforts are aimed at boosting the capabilities of the user scope in an appropriate manner and promoting it to the benefit of the two sides (both the business and the user).?Why should the customers refer to Baguette and use itAs it was previously mentioned, for different reasons, including the emergence of apparent errors (user interface), the malfunctioning of service capabilities, the likelihood of unauthorized access of specific users to confidential information, the possibility of circumventing service functions and attempting to commit fraudulent behaviors may disrupt the provision of application-based or website-based services and result in inappropriate experience of the user or the developer.This will cause, in addition to unwillingness of the user to use the desired service, to inform other users of such dissatisfaction in different ways and discourage them from using these services. On the other hand, lack of attention to these bugs can inflict huge financial and credit damage on the developer individual or company.We provide this opportunity for the customers (businesses and application-based startups and websites) that prior to the official launching and service providing, identify many errors and potential bugs and provide real users with their products more safely. This will ultimately lead to the shaping of a satisfactory user experience, resulting in an increase in the rate of application of the service and the number of users of that service with greater speed, which will also speed up the achievement of the income goals of the groups.?Who are the groups of audiences Baguette coversThe Baguette test service can be offered to any software product which is used by the users. As an example of these services reference can be made to user applications of the mobile sets (Android and iOS), computer games, corporate and business sites, online stores and computer software. The range of potential customers of this service is also very diverse; ranging from the testing of new versions of applications with several millions of potential and actual audiences such as taxi and online transportation services, messengers and video applications up to the pre-launch test of the new versions of the applications with several hundred thousand and several ten thousand users every day. Of course, this is not the whole story as many audiences using the Baguette service are the groups whose application has not been offered to the market and identification and removal of their possible bugs will result in faster and more attraction of the users.?Do you think under the present undesirable economic conditions, Baguette would be able to growYou mentioned an important point. However, independent of the economic conditions, launching of any business is associated with several risks and fringes and, in particular, launching of startup businesses, one of whose hallmarks is the need for a lot of attention and agility in the action, along with other economic risks is accompanied by other issues. However, we are basically convinced that offering a service like Baguette, more than being based on a unilateral and inward advantage, is making effort to bring profits to the businesses and, incidentally, the design of the Baguette business model is shaped as such that its success depends on the customer’s direct success. It seems that due to the design of such a mechanism in the Baguette service, the result is directly related to our ability in offering a service which deserves the market and is demanded by it. We believe in the market capacity of this field and are confident that this service is a good platform for growth. In the meantime, to what extent the Baguette will realize our desired goal is an issue that my effort and energy and those of other co-founders of Baguette will prove in future.?What challenges did you face in launching the startupLaunching a startup that enjoys at least an attractive future depends on a number of factors. On the one hand, employment and current life and educational concerns of me and other co-founders of Baguette were considered a serious rival for any startup activity. On the other hand, formation of the business orientation of Baguette based on a pure idea is considered a serious risk. Making effort to successfully pass this stage (childhood of the service) and completion of the service basket and proposed values were both a matter of serious concern for the team which, with the challenge-seeking spirit of my friends which is the basis for startup activity, a great deal of the problems was removed and the other part will also be solved thanks to the efforts of my colleagues.
